Dear Adi Following our meeting and based on the information provided, | wish to submit my estimated fees and scope of service for your proposed buiding w namely, Proposed Dual Occupancy Development to be constructed at 52 Tristania Steet, Doveton ‘The Design Service can be divided into 4 distinct stages and | have listed below the items undertaken during each stage and apportioned the fees pay ‘on completion ofeach stage. The estimated fees have been calculated based on anticipated hours and estimated building size but excludes non-recover ‘expenses such as printing, authortes fees, disbursements and the ike.
