1 For issuance of international Passport (Name of Country/Countries) to

against permanent post is forwarded herewith for necessary action. His antecedent and
character have already been verified through the Police Department and there is
nothing against him.

2 There is no likelihood of his services being dispensed within the near future.
3 The official/officers intends to go abroad in the near future on private business
and will be granted leave. There is, therefore, no objection to the grant of
passport facilities applied for.

4 The official will abstain from applying for the acquiring green cards/foreign
nationality etc. in contravention of the conduct and discipline laws/rules.
5 He/She is national of Pakistan by parentage.
6 He/She is drawing Rs.________________ as per pay per month.
