The artifact that i have chosen is a certificate for employee of the month at my job
Why did you choose this as one of your artifacts?
I choose this as one of mt artifacts because i had to work hard and follow rules in order to get
this certificate
How did your experience with this artifact change or impact you?
This experience impacted me because it showed me that if you do good that it will pay off.

Did you see growth in your targeted soft skills through the course of working on this artifact?

I did see growth in my targeted soft skills because i had to have goals and achieve in order to get
to this goal and i also had to show leadership

The skills i practiced to get the knowledge i received can be used in my future career because i
practiced leadership and in the career i am looking into i am going to hwv to be a leader in order
to be successful
