INTRODUCTION

Each child/student is a one of a kind person who needs a safe, mindful, and stimulating

atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. It

is my longing as an educator to enable students to meet their fullest potential in these areas by

giving a situation that is safe, supports risk-taking, and invites a sharing of ideas.

MY EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY

Existentialism is a philosophy concerned with finding self and the meaning of life

through free will, choice, and personal responsibility. The belief is that people are searching to

find out whom and what they are throughout life as they make choices based on their

experiences, beliefs, and outlook. And personal choices become unique without the necessity of

an objective form of truth. An existentialist believes that a person should be forced to choose and

be responsible without the help of laws, ethnic rules, or traditions.

WHAT TO TEACH?

The role of the student is to decide their very own qualities and personality. Existentialist

instruction perceives the job of both culture and individual nature in character development. The

existentialist student keeps up an exchange between self and social qualities: thinking about the

self in social setting, and thinking about social qualities in connection to self.

Freedom, decision, and duty structure a mind boggling interrelation in existentialist

philosophy. The student is allowed to shape and seek after their very own qualities, however that

opportunity comes incorporates assuming full liability for those qualities. The existentialist
student acknowledges obligation regarding their own qualities, sentiments, and activities, on the

grounds that these have been self-created instead of managed by a authority.

WHY TEACH?

Helping students to build up a profound love and regard for themselves, others, and their

condition happens through an open sharing of thoughts and a wise way to deal with control. At

the point when the voice of every students is heard, and condition advances where students don't

hesitate to convey what needs be. Class gatherings are one approach to support such exchange. I

trust kids have more noteworthy regard for their instructors, their companions, and the exercises

introduced when they feel protected and certain about what is anticipated from them. In setting

reasonable and predictable principles at first and expressing the significance of each action,

students are appeared for their essence and time. Thus they figure out how to regard themselves,

others, and their condition.

For me, teaching gives a chance to ceaseless learning and development. One of my

expectations as an instructor is to ingrain an affection for learning in my students , as I share my

very own enthusiasm for learning with them. I feel there is a requirement for caring, strong, and

dedicated individuals who are excited up for working with youngsters. In our competitive society

it is critical for students to get solid education, yet to work with somebody who knows about and

sensitive to their individual needs. I am such a person and will dependably endeavor to be the

best teacher that I can be.

HOW TO TEACH?
As an EXISTENTIALIST I want to provide pathways for students to explore their very

own qualities, implications, and decisions. So as to do this, students should know about whatever

number alternatives and decisions as could be expected under the circumstances; they have to

feel enabled and allowed to decide their very own qualities and personalities; and they need an

assortment of encounters to improve their mindfulness. My essential obligation as a teacher is to

give every one of these things, and to keep up a learning situation where students feel urged to

communicate through discourse, inventive ventures, and decision of study areas.

I believe the children are our future...

I believe each and every child can possibly convey something exceptional and

extraordinary to the world. I will help children with developing their potential by believing in

them as capable individuals. I will help kids in finding their identity, so they can express their

own sentiments and support their very own thoughts. I have a vision of a world where

individuals figure out how to respect, acknowledge, and grasp the contrasts between us, as the

center of what makes life so interesting.
