MiniFighter Policy ENG
Mini Fighter Online Policy, in using Mini Fighter Online (hereinafter referred to
as ‘this game’), prescribes the rights, obligations and responsibilities of CJ
Internet Corp. (hereinafter referred to as ‘company’) and users (hereinafter
referred to as ‘users’) and aims to provide and maintain smooth gameplay
(hereinafter referred to as ‘service’) through swift, right and just handling of any
possible in-game issues that might occur. The company has promulgated this
Policy so as to better the relations between the company and the users and to
improve its service quality. Therefore, it is essential that users read and fully
comprehend this Policy.
1) The scope of this Policy applies only to the game service offered by the
Netmarble site (hereinafter referred to as the ‘site’).
2) All the services offered within the game are based on this Policy.
3) This Policy aims to address the issues that might arise relating to this game’s
homepage (hereinafter referred to as the ‘homepage’) and this game in a
consented, swift and consistent manner. Users who breach this Policy may be
subject to suspension.
2. Notification of Information
1) ’Information’ refers collectively to all types of knowledge that users may use
to gain benefit or cause damage when playing this game.
2) Notification of information is confined to the form that is given through the
notice message of the homepage or within the game.
3) Only the information that has been offered pursuant to the act prescribed in
2) is considered official. Other information besides the above shall not be
regarded as the official information.

3. Roles and Obligations of GM
1) A ‘GM’ stands for a Game Master. Those who hold the GM title undertake the
designated role of managing the game in the rightful manner.
2) A GM helps the users to carry on with their smooth gameplay and undertakes
the contents of this Policy.
3) A GM makes it a rule to not engage in the individual-level disputes arising
among users.
However, a GM may regulate or arbitrate the issue and suspend those involved
accordingly when such act is needed so as to maintain the smooth gameplay. In
addressing such issues, a GM shall maintain a rightful manner pursuant to this
Policy.
※ Representative cases where GMs may be involved
a. where a user causes damage to other players illegally to pursue his own
interest
b. where a user has disrupted or is considered to have disrupted the game
management intentionally and/or explicitly
c. where a user is involved in various types of expressions and descriptive acts
that are regarded undesirable within the game and/or imply sexually suggestive
contents
d. where a user deceives other users by falsely representing himself as a GM or
attempting the false impersonation
e. where a user creates an account by resorting to false information or has
taken advantage of it
f. where a user is involved with or has attempted to trade cash and cashable
goods, share/trade accounts or is considered to have attempted to commit the
comparable level of act
g. where a user is involved in the acts of slanderous remarks, verbal abuse and
unlawful conflicts that are not prescribed in the game
h. all types of acts that cause issues or disrupts the gameplay pursuant to the
Mini Fighter Online Policy and other comparable criteria in a GM’s judgment

circumstances. ※Note: A user’s personal information is subject to submission
upon request based on legal or judicial decision.
7) A GM offers no tangible/intangible benefits (e.g., items) to users under any
circumstances inside or outside the game. Similarly, a GM has no obligation to
respond to a user’s request that demands a certain benefit or advantageous
treatment inside or outside the game.
- when smooth gameplay is not likely due to graphic issues found in a certain
area or abnormal closure on a character
- when it is necessary to take corrective measures or give a user suspension
after giving warnings for abnormal use
- when a user is unable to let his character make a move on his own due to an
in-game bug
- when a character was moved to a certain area where it is not supposed to go
- when a user keeps ignoring GM’s warning over his continuous act of
disrupting other users’ gameplay at a certain area
9) A GM of this game does its best to maintain the smooth gameplay and lead
the right game culture by eradicating those acts that violate the terms of this
Policy (e.g., fraud, account fraud, breach of propriety etc.).
1) A user refers to everyone that plays the game as the member of this site.
2) In principle, users, as the members of this site, play this game through the
account they create based on their personal information.
3) In creating an account, users must submit all the requested information
based on the facts including their real name. Those who have provided false or
other people’s information and created an account under the false name may
not be subject to any type of protection.
4) Users have the right to resort to every game element offered officially by this
game.
5) Users who resort to this game service must not be involved in the act of
violating the Terms of Use or the terms of this Policy.
6) Users who discovered any in-game defects and errors (e.g., in-game bugs,
account fraud, illegal programs etc.) must notify the GM immediately and must
not spread his findings to other users. If it is found out that they failed to report
the case but abused it, their act will be regarded as harmful and disruptive that
a GM may suspend them without notice.

- Users who have recognized a bug, neglected his obligation to notify a GM but
disclosed it to other users
- Any types of act that seeks gain by abusing the in-game bugs (e.g., an act
that resorts to the skill with abnormal state or its effect to obtain XP, HP, MP,
items etc. in an inappropriate way)
- An abnormal act that gains benefit through problems such as NPC errors etc.
- An abnormal act that allows to hunt a monster without its attack as a result of
resorting to the geographical problems that may be found on a certain map
- An attempt to abuse the Personal Shop or other similar icons relating to an
item in order to sell or have sold an item
- An act to abuse other types of in-game bugs to cause damage to other users
7) Users can make inquiries regarding this game service or other related
issues through one-on-one inquiry channel.
a) Users can make one-on-one inquiries through Customer Service menu on
the homepage.
b) Users may make inquiries or report the account-related issues, account
restoration, gameplay issues, and bug issues through one-on-one inquiries.
8) A GM will provide answers and take appropriate action to users’ inquiries
and requests submitted through the one-on-one channel as swiftly as possible.
Please note that it may take some time to handle the submitted inquiry or
request depending on the GM’s workloads.
9) Users should not be involved with the act that may disrupt other users
through illegal act in pursuit of personal interests and gains. In this case, a GM
will take necessary action and may give a user suspension.
10) Users should respond to a GM’s request at any time. In case damage was
caused due to partial handling of the case, they may resort to legal means to
demand corrective measures.
11) This game is made to be offered to users at the age of 15 and higher
according to the related laws and ordinances of the Republic of Korea. It is
thus prohibited for users at the age of 14 and below to create an account and
play the game. If such attempt is disclosed, the company has the right to
suspend the user in using or playing this game.
12) When a user is found out with the following act, he may be subject to
punishment without notice such as a permanent suspension to this game.
- An act of creating/distributing illegal programs
- An act of a user at the age of 14 and below creating an account and playing
the game
- An act of using an illegal program and causing a service error intentionally
- An act of causing in-game issues that disrupt the normal gameplay or the
overall game services such as the payment system
- An act of changing the client program offered by the company without
permission
- An act of abusing the manipulated, adjusted, and/or changed client program to
obtain unjust gains
- An act of obtaining unjust gains through UI manipulation

- An act of falsely identifying with the company official and/or a GM
- Account fraud (hacking etc.)
2) The ID management for the site that is required to log on this game shall
conform to Netmarble’s Terms of Use.
3) When the character name falls into one of the following categories, a GM
may change the name or suspend the user of the character without notice.
b) contains the meaning that might give others false impression that it is a GM
or an employee of the company or is found with similar intention for such
attempts
c) means or intends to disdain/ belittle a certain figure or group
d) intends or induces to trade cash/cashable goods or trade/share accounts
e) means or intends to encourage racist or religious sentiment
f) includes socially, sexually and morally offensive expressions which are not
conceivable in view of the socially-accepted concepts
g) has the likelihood of violating the third party’s trademark right and/or
copyright
h) includes or has included the slanders, offensive terms and/or slangs
i) intends or aims to advertise a certain product or a certain website (non-profit
sites included)
j) is inappropriate according to a GM’s view
1) Account fraud refers to all acts that attempt to access other people’s account
without consent.
(Even if it was a consented act, it is an act prohibited by this Policy, which is
titled Shared Account.)
2) Primarily, the user of the account shall assume all the responsibilities for the
account he or she uses.
The user’s rights hereby may not be protected by the company if he:
- shares the personal information and account.

- creates an account by resorting to false or other people’s information.
- reports the case of account fraud 15 days after it occurred.
- uses an account which is not his.
3) Recovery of, for instance, items shall be based on those that have been
collected. In short, items that can be identified will only be recovered.
4) Matters outside the game contents such as cash trading is not the object of
consideration.
5) In case an act of violating the Terms of Use and/or this Policy is discovered in
the course of the account fraud investigation, the user may be subject to
suspension besides the account fraud case.
e) The reported cases of the account fraud are handled in order of acceptance.
Please note that the case requested by or in collaboration with the investigation
bureaus may take the precedence.
f) It may take a day to seven days to obtain the intended result after accepting
the report of the account fraud and starting the investigation.
g) In case it is considered necessary in the course of the account fraud
investigation, the company may demand further statement and necessary
information. Unless the user responds in a timely manner, the case reported will
not be handled properly.
h) The recovery of items shall be offered to those included in the list of the
reported damages and identifiable from the game data. Please note that item
recovery is only applied to those that can be collected. In other words, items
uncollectible or unable to identify the ownership may not be recovered.
i) In case a character was deleted due to account fraud, it will be recovered no
matter how many times it was restored before.
j) In case a user finds any complaints in the result, he is entitled to issue an

objection. The means of submitting the objection is the same as that of
reporting the account fraud. Netmarble will not accept the report of the account
fraud whose objection has been overruled twice consecutively.
k) In case the report relating to the account fraud is found out to be false, the
user in question may be subject to suspension according to the terms of this
Policy. In case the user is found out to have falsely reported the case with
malign intention, he may be subject to even stricter suspension.
7) Report Cancellation .
a) Users may not report or submit the fraud report on the same account that
they had canceled reporting the account fraud case before.
b) Users must take the full responsibility for situations that may arise from the
report they had made after canceling it. The company has no obligation to
protect them on such case. Furthermore, users should prepare and submit the
written form of the report cancelation that confirms his intention to cancel.
c) Even when the request for canceling the account fraud report is accepted,
the report for an intentional or malign account fraud case shall not be revoked
by the user who submitted the report.
2) ‘Suspension’ is to restrict the contents that a disruptive user can use in his
gameplay. It is strictly carried out in accordance with the terms of this Policy and
the related laws and ordinances.

- It shall be applied when disruptive behaviors within the message boards of the
homepage are minor ones.
- Upon giving suspensions, a single or multiple posts that are regarded as
inappropriate shall all be deleted.
(Posts hereby include the form of users' replies and/or comments that are
attached to them.)
- When the suspended user’s inappropriate behaviors continue (cumulative),
more grave suspension may be applied.
c) Posting Forbiddance
- It shall be applied when disruptive behaviors within the homepage are mid-
level ones.
- The set period for posting forbiddance starts from ‘1 day.’
- When the suspended user’s inappropriate behavior continues (cumulative),
the set amount of days may increase or more grave suspension may be
applied.
d) User Account Suspension
- It shall be applied when disruptive behaviors within the game and the
homepage are grave or repeated ones.
- The set period for the user account suspension sustains 3 days, 7 days, 15
days or permanently.
- When the suspended user’s inappropriate behaviors are too grave a matter or
have continued (cumulative), the set amount of days may increase or
permanent suspension may be applied.

4) Exceptions
- Besides the prescribed suspensions on the list, the actual application of the
suspension shall depend on the detailed contents of the inappropriate posts or
the severity of the message it contains. The suspension phases can only be
applied for smooth management of this game and shall not be used for other
purposes besides those specified above.
Mini Fighter Online Policy will be based on English version. Spanish version is
for your reference only.

asumen la función asignada de manejar el juego de manera legítima.

través de la cuenta que crean basada en su información personal.
6) Los Usuarios que descubran cualquier defecto y errores dentro del juego (ej.
Fallas en el juego, fraude de la cuenta, programas ilegales, etc.) deben notificar
inmediatamente a un GM y no deben revelar sus hallazgos a otros usuarios. Si
se encuentra que ellos no han informado del caso, al contrario, han hecho
abuso del mismo, ese acto será considerado como dañino y perturbador y el
GM puede causar su suspensión sin previo aviso.
7) Los usuarios pueden hacer consultas con respecto a este servicio de juego u
otros asuntos relacionados a través de un canal de preguntas de manera

a) Los usuarios pueden hacer preguntas de manera personal a través del
Menú de Servicio al Cliente en la página de inicio.
b) Los usuarios pueden hacer consultas o reportar problemas relacionados con
las cuentas, restauración de una cuenta, problemas con el juego, y problemas
con errores informáticos a través de consultas personales
11) Este juego es hecho para ser ofrecido a los usuarios de 15 años de edad o
mayores de acuerdo con las leyes y ordenanzas respectivas de la República de
Corea. Por lo mismo, está prohibido para usuarios de 14 años de edad y
menores el crear una cuenta y jugar el juego. Si dicho intento es divulgado, la
compañía tiene el derecho de suspender al usuario de usar o jugar este juego.

5. Política sobre el Nombre del Personaje e ID
2) El manejo del ID que es requerido para el sitio y para acceder a este juego
deberá estar conforme con los Términos de Uso de Nermarble.
1) Fraude de cuenta se refiere a todos los actos que atentan con acceder a la
cuenta de otras personas sin su consentimiento.
(Aun cuando haya sido un acto consentido, está prohibido por el presente
Reglamento bajo el titulo de Cuenta Compartida (Shared Account))

materia de consideración

j) En caso de un usuario encontrara cualquier queja en el resultado, tiene
derecho a emitir una objeción. Los medios para presentar una objeción son los
mismos que se usan para reportar el fraude de una cuenta. Netmarble no
aceptará el informe sobre fraude de la cuenta cuya objeción haya sido
rechazada dos veces consecutivas.
k) En caso de que se descubra de que el informe relacionado con el fraude de
una cuenta es falso, el usuario en cuestión puede estar sujeto a suspensión en
concordancia con los términos del presente Reglamento. En el caso de que se
descubra que el usuario informó falsamente el caso con intención maliciosa
puede estar sujeto a una suspensión aun más estricta.
7) Cancelación de Informe

- La compañía tiene el derecho de solicitar una investigación a la Oficina
Policial por los actos perturbadores para proteger los intereses y derechos de
los usuarios del juego. Más que eso, la compañía tiene el derecho de
demandar una compensación por daños que hayan sido causados por la
acción de violación y solicitar que la oficina policial sancione al/los usuario(s)
perturbador(es).
5) Suspensión y Responsabilidad
- El usuario dueño de la cuenta en cuestión debe responder ante cualquier
responsabilidad que surja de la suspensión.
- Ya que la suspensión es dada a un usuario que es responsable por los
comportamientos inapropiados, él/ella no tiene derecho a solicitar ningún tipo
de compensación o recuperación relacionada con el caso.

- La fase de suspensión y la extensión del plazo establecido
deberán ser aplicados de manera diferente dependiendo del contenido
detallado de los rumores esparcidos y la gravedad de la infracción en
referencia al ámbito de la ley.

categoría mencionada que incluye la sección de “publicaciones inapropiadas”.
El autor de dicha(s) publicación(es) puede estar sujeto a suspensión conforme
a los términos del presente Reglamento.

Una publicación que hace referencia al intercambio de cuentas/artículos a
través de efectivo y bienes canjeables
- Fase 1 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 1 día
- Fase 2 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 3 día
- Fase 3 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 7 días
- Fase 4 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 15 días
Una publicación que intente suplantar falsamente a un GM o empleado de la
compañía o que de esa impresión
- Fase 1 : Se elimina la publicación
- Fase 2 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 7 día
- Fase 3 : 3 días de suspensión
- Fase 4 : 7 días de suspensión
Una publicación que desprecie las propiedades de la compañía solo por
animosidad
- Fase 1 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 3 día
- Fase 2 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 7 día
- Fase 3 : 3 días de suspensión
- Fase 4 : 7 días de suspensión
Una publicación que es inapropiada para el propósito del tablero de mensajes
- Fase 1 : Se elimina la publicación
- Fase 2 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 1 día
- Fase 3 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 3 días
- Fase 4 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 7 días
Una publicación que difunda la información personal de uno o varios usuarios
- Fase 1 : Se elimina la publicación
- Fase 2 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 1 día
- Fase 3 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 3 días
- Fase 4 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 7 días
Una publicación que busca el fraude de la información personal a través de
sitios ligados, etc. para obtener la información personal de otro usuario
- Suspensión permanente de la cuenta
Una publicación que difunda falsos rumores sobre determinada persona solo
por maldad
- Fase 1 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 3 día
- Fase 2 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 7 día
- Fase 3 : 3 días de suspensión
- Fase 4 : 7 días de suspensión
Publicaciones repetidas varias veces al mismo tiempo con el mismo contenido
- Fase 1 : Se elimina la publicación
- Fase 2 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 1 día
- Fase 3 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 3 días
- Fase 4 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 7 días
Una publicación que contenga un mensaje relacionado a la producción,
distribución, y compartir de programas ilegales
- Fase 1 : Se prohíben publicaciones por 7 día
- Fase 2 : 7 días de suspensión
- Fase 3 : 15 días de suspensión

4) Excepciones
- Además de las suspensiones descritas en la lista, la aplicación actual de la
suspensión dependerá del contenido detallado de la publicación inapropiada o
de la gravedad del mensaje que contiene. Las fases de suspensión solo
pueden ser aplicadas para el manejo rápido del juego y no deberán ser usadas
para otros propósitos además de aquellos arriba especificados.
- Las suspensiones por comportamiento inapropiado que aun tienen que ser
especificados en la lista deberán ser decididos en estricta conformidad con los
Términos de Uso de Netmarble y otras leyes relacionadas y ordenanzas de la
República de Corea, y llevadas a cabo de manera adecuada.
