Anita Yolandha is my name. I was born on September 30th, 1997 in Probolinggo.

I am first
daughter of Mr Rahmad, and Mrs EkaNur. I have one sister and one brother. I am moslem.

I graduated from elementary school of SDK Materdei Probolinggo, East Java in 2010. I
continued her study in SMPK Probolinggo, East Java in 2013. Then, I continued her study
and register in SMA N 4 Probolinggo, East Java and graduated in 2016. On 2016, I registered
as a student in Stikes Widayagama Husada Malang . I took the Bachelor of Nursing Study
Program.
