Job Summary: This position is responsible for the clerical activities within the unit and
reports to the Accounts officer II. Key business processes to be supported include:
o Treasury Management
o Cash management
o Statutory Remittance
o Financial Reporting

Relationship: National Office team, State officers and Vendors.

Location: Lagos

Prime Health Response Initiative Formerly known as Hygeia Foundation is implementing Global
Fund to fight AIDS, TB and Malaria, (GFATM) Project under the New Funding Model
implementation in 5 states as Sub-recipient (SR) under the Family Health International (FHI360)
who is the Principal Recipient (PR) for HIV/AIDS component of the Global Fund.

PHRI is charged with the responsibility to provide Treatment Adherence, Care and Support
services to clients in all Global Fund supported facilities in 5 States which are; Osun, Ondo,
Niger, Ekiti and Kwara states.

Job Description:

• Preparation of Statutory deduction schedule (Pension and PAYE).

• Remittance of WHT, Pension and PAYE.
• Collation of Retirements from the regions.
• Maintenance of petty cash.
• Writing of payment vouchers.
• Writing of treasury cheques after review by the compliance team.
• Proper filing of all documents after execution.
• Work with external auditors during program audit exercises.
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Key Performance Indicators/ Performance Goals:

• Completeness and accuracy in the execution of treasury documents.

• Timeliness in the remittance of statutory deduction.
• Proper filing and accountability.

Qualification

BSc or HND Degree in Accounting Fresh Graduate (1year experience desirable)
