1. This experiment contain 11 sets of samples. 1 set of sample containing 3 pieces specimens.
One dog-bone shaped, one rectangular shaped and one cubic shaped. The thickness of all
specimens is 6mm. The other dimension is stated as below.

T6 Temper (11 set, A to K)

1. Heat at 480°C, 2 hours

2. Quenched water/oil until room temperature

3. Reheat at 120°C, 24 hours

T7 Temper (1 set, B)

1. Heat at 120°C, 24 hours *

2. Heat at 160°C, 14 hours

RRA (9 set, C to K)

1. Heat at 220°C, 2 minutes (set C)

2. Heat at 220°C, 4 minutes (set D)

3. Heat at 220°C, 6 minutes (set E)

4. Heat at 260°C, 2 minutes (set F)

5. Heat at 260°C, 4 minutes (set G)

6. Heat at 260°C, 6 minutes (set H)

7. Heat at 280°C, 2 minutes (set I)

8. Heat at 280°C, 4 minutes (set J)

9. Heat at 280°C, 6 minutes (set K)

10. Reheat at 120°C, 24 hours (set C to K)*
