1. What evidence do scientists have that large plates of land are moving?

-(first answer)->I think that their evidence is earthquakes, but I am not completely sure.
-(change of thinking)->scientists can measure the changes of the plates.

2. What are some names of the major plates of land?

-(first answer)->I am not completely sure what it means, but I think the answer is mount
saint Helens and mount Everest.
-(change of thinking]-north American plate, Eurasian plate, African plate, , Caribbean
plate, Cocos plate, Antarctic plate,

3. What are some ways that tectonic plates can interact with each other?

-(first answer)->I think that a few ways they interact is scraping and bumping, but I am
not completely sure.
-(change of thinking)->push into each other, slide past each other, spread apart from
each other, and slide under one another.
\\

4. How can land forms provide evidence for scientists to determine plate boundaries?

-(first answer)-> I think landforms could help scientists determine plate boundaries by
having a lot of earthquakes in that spot

-(change of thinking)->landforms show were plates are interacting like a mountain range
might show were a plate was melting and rising.

5. How does the theory of plate tectonics relate to mountains and volcanoes?

-(first answer)-> I think that the theory of plate tectonics relate to mountains and
volcanoes because tectonics would make volcanoes erupt, but I am not completely sure.
-(change of thinking)->plate tectonics tell us how volcanoes are formed and were they
should occur.
