A claims there are 8 planets and Student B claims there are 12 planets. What is some evidence to
support each claim?

8 planets because there e is only 8 known planets in existents' that we know

Student a is correct if you don’t count the dwarf planets.

On which planet would you weigh the least? What is your evidence to prove this?

Uranus because It is really small

Mars is where you weigh the least.

2. How does the mass of our planet compare to the other inner planets?

Our planet is light compared to other planets like Jupiter

Earth is the most massive of the inner planets.

3. Dr. Grumbles claims that it is colder during the winter because Earth is farther from the sun.
Provide evidence to prove him right or wrong?

He is right because the sun is the main heating source for our planet

Dr. Grumbles is not correct.

4. How does the path of the sun in the sky change during seasons?

When our face of the earth is farther away it is colder

The path of the sun is shorter in Winter and Longer in summer.

5. How would seasons on Uranus be different from Earth?

All of the seasons would be cold because Uranus is farther away from the sun.
