To whom it may concern:

I have had the pleasure of knowing Enrique Andrade for the past several years. My first encounter
with him was as a tenth grader when he came out for football. Enrique had never played the sport.
He met every aspect of the game with a positive attitude thirsting for more knowledge and ways to
embrace the game he knew so little about.

Enrique is outgoing and always eager to lend a hand where it is needed. He is very inquisitive when
there are challenges in his or peers site. He has a great work ethic not only in school but also as an
employee. He has had to balance school, work, and social life. His ability to multi task on a daily
basis and balance it all with a smile on his face, never compromising his work ethic, integrity or his
core values.

I would recommend Enrique for any position he may be applying for. He brings leadership qualities.
Ability to keep an open mind in situations that may be sensitive to his peers. His promptness and
can do attitude would make him a valuable employee. He will always succeed at what he set his
mind to weather it is work for you or overall in life.
