参加申込手順 ： １．Campusmate Web より Web 申込
① Campusmate Web より「オンキャンパス・リクルーティング等イベント情報検索」を
クリックする。
② 条件を入力し参加を希望するイベント情報を検索。
③ イベント情報を選択し「参加申込」をクリックする。
※申込みが完了すると申込みをしたイベント情報が赤く表示されます。
２．キャリア・オフィスへ以下の書類を提出
提出書類 ： ・APU 所定 A3 履歴書（日本語・手書き）
※日本語・手書き記入のみ、顔写真は印刷したものを貼付、タイプは不可
＊下記締切日までに提出の事！締切日以降は受け付けられません＊
書類提出先 ： キャリア・オフィス窓口
就職活動証明書： 全てのスケジュールに参加した場合は対象となります
教室 ： 後日お知らせします
服装 ： スーツ
〆切 ： 3 月 4 日（月）11：00 （注）締切り以降は申し込みができません。
その他 ： ・APU 学生採用企業

又は、[キャンパスターミナル]→[Campusmate Web]→[進路希望・求職登録]で登録できます。
※この「進路希望・求職登録」は何度でも更新することができます。

1.上記企業・団体の個別企業説明会・採用選考会への参加を希望する方は、キャンパスメイトより参加申込を行ってく
ださい。申込期間中のキャンセルはキャンパスメイトの各イベント画面の「参加取消」をクリックしてください。な
お、締切日以降のキャンセル及び体調不良などにより出席できない場合は以下の【連絡事項】全てを事前にキャリア･
オフィスまでご連絡ください。
【連絡事項】 ①開催日 ②企業名 ③学籍番号 ④氏名 ⑤携帯電話番号 ⑥欠席理由
2.履歴書・エントリーシートに記載した資格・学歴に虚偽があることが判明した場合、選考への参加が出来なくなり、
場合によっては内定取消しの可能性がありますので十分気をつけてください。
3.進路希望・求職登録に記入された個人情報は、当該企業の採用に関わる事務を行う為に利用し、当該企業に提供しま
す。
4.学内での採用選考会を通じ【内定】を得て【進路決定】をした学生は、その後の学内での採用選考会への参加は認め

How to apply : １．Apply through Campusmate Web
① Please click on On Campus Recruiting and Event Search in the Campusmate Web.
② Input all necessary information and search the event you wish to participate.
③ Please select the event you wish to participate and click ‘register’.
* Any event that you have registered will be highlighted in red.
２．Submit the documents below to the Career Office
Documents : ・APU Rirekisho A3 Size (handwritten in Japanese)
*Write in Japanese (must be handwritten, not typed), and attach an actual photo.
*Make sure you submit the required documents by the following deadline. Submission after the
deadline will NOT be accepted.*

Available ONLY if you participate in the whole program.

ONLY students who have completed the ‘Desired Employment and Career Path Registration’ are eligible to apply for the
events held by the Career Office. Desired Employment and Career Path Registration can be followed through the link

You can update this as many times as you want．So if your desired employment or career path changes please make
sure you update your registration.

NOTICE:
1. For those who wish to attend the On-Campus Recruitment & Screening event of above-mentioned company/organization you
should register through the Campusmate Web. During the registration period, you are able to cancel any of the registered events
by clicking on the ‘cancel’ button. However, if you wish to withdraw or will be absent due to sickness or other unavoidable
circumstance after the deadline, please contact the Career Office as soon as possible and mention the following information:
Date of the event; Company’s Name; Student ID No.; Full Name; Mobile Phone No. ; Reason of absence
2. Please be aware that if false information (certification, academic year, etc.) is found in your resume, you may not be able to proceed
with the screening. In some cases, even the job offer you have received may be cancelled.
3. The information you provided in the Desired Career Path Registration will be used within the Career Office and will also be given
to the company you are applying to.
4. For those who have received a job offer through the OCR and decided to accept it, you are not allowed to participate in the on-
going OCR.
