The demographies in my class include learning support. ESL. Gifted, and regular education students. During Miss Wisniewski's teaching experience, the students were involved in a multitude of whole group. small group. and cooperative learning experiences. Her sense of responsibifity organization, and conscientiousness helped her develop well-planned. effective lessons. Her modeling. scaffolding, and attention to individual learning styles, enabled the students to easily _urasp the concepts being taught and/or reviewed. Miss Wisniewski became more skilled at selting expectations for the children and following through with those expectations. She exhibited ‘good classroom management skills. “The students responded well to the variety of hands-on activities that Miss Wisniewski carefully planned for them. She researched various content areas and taught the students new fucts and ideas using developmentally appropriate teaching techniques while encouraging higher level thinking skills. Her lessons involved activities which met the needs of the visual, audio. and kinesthetic learners in the classroom, As her cooperating teacher, enjoyed working with Miss Wisniewski. She has a very positive attitude about children, teaching, and learning. She was receptive to any constructive suggestions, and willing to implement new teaching techniques and ideas. Miss Wisniewski frequently anticipated what needed to be done. and on her own initiative, took over classroom responsibilities and routines. She actively sought out ways to volunteer in the school and was our school mascot for a few of our school events [anticipate that Miss Wisniewski will be a valuable audition to some home district.
