7:45 AM Taylor, John Arrive at Brown Stadium

8:00 AM- 8:15 AM Staff and Volunteers meet at Brown Stadium: Coffee and Breakfast/ Meet with
Taylor(VC) and Group Leaders to receive their roles

8:15 AM-8:45 AM All hands on deck for set up!

8:30 AM: Greeters break off to get into position leading people to registration/kids race/getting people
excited for the race

8:45 AM: All Volunteers in position at tables (Registration/Packet Pick-up/Day One Info/Helpline Info) or
Kids Fun Run

8:45 AM: Volunteers for Kids Fun Run in position around track and sign making table: Steph uses air horn
to lead kids to start

9:00 AM All Volunteers who are to stand at corners during main race to direct runners/ hold signs/at
water stations are to go to their assigned position on the race route

9:00 AM-9:30AM: Kids Fun Run Starts! Steph announces start- as kids are running, gather awards to give
winners. The race ends, Steph gives awards to 1st place, 2nd place and 3rd place winners. Leads kids and
their families over to the sign-making table

9:30 AM: Sub coordinator for group two will leave stadium to check on all Group Two Volunteers who
are standing at corners/water stations on the race route

9:40 AM: Volunteer greeters and volunteers from fun run start to rally up runners to the starting line

9:57 AM Play the Star Spangled Banner

10:00 AM: RACE STARTS!

10:00-10:15 AM: Volunteers do some preliminary clean-up/set up for Finish Line Chute (Registration
table is cleared to become Awards table)

10:15 AM: Volunteers in position at Finish Line chute ready to cheer on runners/ready at food
stations/ready at water stations/ready at first aid/ambulance station/ready with the kitty litter

10:00 AM- 11:00 AM: Duration of race (During this time, volunteers should either be at their assigned
position or if they need another job they should find their assigned group leader and they will give them
somewhere to go)

11:15-11:30 AM: Winners announced by Peg, awards given, thank you remarks and goodbyes

11:30 AM- 12:00 PM: Volunteers and Staff help with Clean-up of materials and trash in field!
