I- RATIONALE

Pursuant to DepEd Order no. 36 s. 2002 referred to as Education for All (EFA) movement is a global commitment
to provide quality basic education for all children, youth and adults at the World Education Forum and REPUBLIC ACT
NO. 10533 known as Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013 which focuses on Enhancing The Philippine Basic Education
System By Strengthening Its Curriculum And Increasing The Number Of Years For Basic Education, whereas the primary
goal is to promote long life learning and life skills of the youth as well as to hone their talents. Moreover, it contributes to
the implementation to one of the major goals of the School Improvement Plan (SIP) for C.Y. 2019-2022 which is
increasing academic performance of the students. for the at Barucboc National High School.
