Please refer to Sales Circular No D-46/2017 dated 20/11/2017 in accordance of which FSA, in terms of regulation 66 of the HERC MYT regulations 2012, is presently being levied on various categories of the consumers (except AP) @ 37 paisa per unit. FSA for the first quarter of FY 2018-19, recoverable in the 2nd quarter of FY 2018-19, has now been approved as per the provisions of ibid Regulations and it has been decided that there will be no increase in the FSA so as not to impose any additional financial burden on the consumers. Accordingly FSA @ 37 paisa per unit shall continue to be levied on various categories of consumers, except AP, in the 2nd quarter of FY 2018-19 and onwards, till further orders.
