bles, and this truly is our natural diet. We are
tropical species, yes, we are primates.

We are also designed to be healthy, and once


we step out of the way and let our body
cleanse and detoxify, the body will regenerate
and restore.

We need to look to nature, get back to the ba-


sics, and trust in our own bodies and their abil-
ity to heal. We will heal by eating fresh living
organic foods, like we were meant to. That
way, we are constantly letting our body take
care of business. In this lifetime, in this world,
the challenges are many for most of us. It
seems the non-foods presented to us, along-
side the stress, the polluted air, the negative
programming and the fear of change, is hold-
ing us captive in our polluted houses.

We have three main types of juicers:

A slow juicer, or a masticating juicer. – Which will take


longer to make but it will be less oxidized because it uses a slow
speed that does not suck in a lot of air which will result in a bet-
ter tasting juice plus you can store it longer. Unlike the centrifu-
gal juicer, masticating juicers run at a much lower speed and
takes longer, but the lower speed also produces little-to-no-heat
and thus minimizes oxidation. There's no froth on your juices,
and that most of the vital enzymes and nutrients in your juices
are preserved from oxidation. The juicing process doesn't disturb
the cellular structure of the produce being juiced.

We also have manual juicers, hydraulic juicers and triturating juic-


ers. Do some research and find the one that fits your needs and
your wallet. By letting go of what is no longer serving us, we are mak-
ing room for what is. By re-connecting with nature, we
are calling upon the highest form of healing.

Whenever you are feeling heavy and tired after eating, the body

NOTE: Unripe fruits are very acidic, so make sure your fruits are
ripe. The banana is the only fruit that will ripen after it has been
picked. This is a challenge, I know, as so many fruits are being
picked unripe, but be aware and do the best that you can. When
the fruit is ripe, it has all the sweet sugars that your cells need.
An unripe fruit will sit and ferment, and not be optimal as food. Melons are one of the most astringent fruits out there.
Great for detoxifying. Eat them alone, in abundance.
Great for cleansing the kidneys.
