First, sleep. You should sleep 8 to 10 hours every night.

Second, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. An adult should eat 5-9 servings every
day. Don't eat too much fat or salt.
Third, drink water! Try to drink eight glasses of water a day.
Finally, exercise. Stretch, go for a long walk, run or do an exercise you love 2-3
times a week.
