    MyDesk Standard Setup - Windows

    MyDesk Standard is supported on: Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7

    Step 1: Navigate to https://mydesk.credit-suisse.com within your browser.

    Step 2: Click on the link for MyDesk Setup.

    Step 3: You will be automatically directed to the setup instructions for your operating
    system; make sure Windows is highlighted. If you are on a supported
    platform, you will see a green check next to Supported Platform. Click Next.

    NOTE:
    If you are not running a
    supported operating system,
    you will be redirected to an
    unsupported operating system
    page.
    Step 4: Download and install Citrix Receiver by clicking on the Download link. During
    the installation wizard, select default settings throughout. For detailed
    instructions on how to install Citrix Receiver please click here. Otherwise,
    click Next to proceed with MyDesk setup.

    Step 5: Install smart card drivers by following the steps outlined on the MyDesk
    Setup Page.
