Tips  when they are done baking.

Make sure to watch your cookies while they

are baking. The cookies with less flour have
an easier chance to burn because they have a
higher ratio of chocolate chips to flour in
them. The cookies with more flour won’t  Experiment: What I Tried

how flour affects the density of a batch of

cookies. I did this by looking at the texture
and airiness of the cookies. In doing this I
found that when you add more flour your
cookies look like partly cooked dough balls,
they crumble easily when they are consumed
and, have a strong flour taste. The exact
opposite happens when you add less flour to
the cookies after they have been baked they
look like they were stretched like pizza

extra sweet taste to them.

Science: Why This Works.
When you add an extra 95 grams of flour to
a batch of cookies they will be drier and fall
apart easier because the flour will take away
most of the moistness in the cookies.
When you add 95 less grams of flour to a
batch of cookies they sweeter and be very
sticky because there is less flour to be
overpowering the other ingredients.
These graphs told me how the people who
tried the cookies thought of them based on
