I am applying for an entry level position with your program, I have always enjoyed
working with children in a hands-on environment. My experience in Highschool being
apart of multiple programs working with children gave me the skills I would need to be of
help to you in your assets program.
During my high school experience, I was part of two programs; Link and P.A.L. These
programs taught me so much about children and myself. I learned how to deal with
children of all circumstances and It gave me the patience to deal with difficult situations.
The education and the experience I have, and the experience I hope to gain working for
you would take me to the career I want. I would love to become an elementary school
teacher one day.
I set a personal goal to continue my education at CSU Stanislaus. After I attend 2 years
at the MCC. In six years, that goal will be achieved, and I will receive a degree in Liberal
studies. I plan on working full time while I accomplish this goal. Utilizing my skills and
becoming part of the team at your program will be a great opportunity for me to take on
a new challenge while fulfilling my commitment to children in my community.
