very high while health and energy subsidies spending are much lower.

In the education sector, government spending has increased steadily from year to
year. The increase from 2015 to 2017 was 27,4%. That's almost the same as government
spending in the health sector where the increase is also fixed. In the health sector, the
increase government spending from 2015 to 2017 is 8.3%.

Government spending in the infrastructure sector has seen a very high increase
from 2015 to 2017 amounting to 123.4%, almost double the previous one. Meanwhile,
energy subsidy spending are reduced starting in 2014 so that there is a decrease in
energy subsidy spending until 2017, the reduction in energy subsidies is around 66.2%.
So, in 2017, the government has increased spending on education and
health to improve the quality of life for people in Indonesia. The improvement in
infrastructure aims to build facilities to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people.
Meanwhile, the reduction in energy subsidies aims to make people not dependent on
government subsidies and the government can allocate spending to other sectors.
