Expectations
Medical field is one of the fields that is most challenging due to the uncertainty faced in terms of
different case and problems. I need to learn more about how to adapt in this uncertainty to create
something innovative, in terms of managing innovation in healthcare field.
Background
I am currently working under the managerial section of a private hospital in north Jakarta, currently
we are working on building a satellite dialysis unit in collaboration with National Coverage Healthcare
System. Now I'm taking master degree in hospital management with master degree in management.
