This note is written to record that the sum which is to pay Mr. Shahid Shafique is of amount PKR 15,000

which does not exceed our threshold of three quotations for amount equal to or exceeding PKR 25,000. So

as per his experience and credentials we directly hired him for the services for moderating training of judicial

magistrates/civil judges on newly enacted laws regarding child rights dated on 21st July 2018.
