The following original documents along with the photo copies (one set) should be brought by the parents at the time of admission.

2. Birth certificate 3. Ration card/other Proof of address 4. OBC/SC/ST/PH certificate 5. Service certificate 6. OfficeID reflecting the card number issued by the employer 7. Affidavit from NOTARY for SGC 8. Undertaking to state the distance from House to School in case RTE
Note: In case the OBC/SC/ST/PH certificates are not obtained at the
time of admission, an undertaking stating that the same will be produced within a stipulated time should be submitted.
