Dear mom and dad,

Last week my teacher introduced the class to “Genius Hour- Shark Tank”! This is research unit
that allows me to learn about a topic of my choice.

Let me explain more about Genius Hour.Genius hour is a hour where children turn their passions
into products.

As preparation for this unit we watched the ABC’s television show “Shark Tank.” We were able
to learn about kids like us that were able to turn their PASSIONS into PRODUCTS to make a
PROFIT.

Some of the things I saw on Shark Tank were the lemonade kid the crazy sock kid what all of
these children had similar

Since watching the show I have come up with a Genius Project that I must work on over spring
break.
