Statement of the problem

General Problem

How to design, develop and implement a computerized student information system that
will produce an accurate and secure document for Global Academy of Technology and
Entrepreneurship Inc.

Specific Problem

a. How to design, develop and implement a module to store the Student Information?

The old students, the new students have to fill up a form given or handed out by
the administration or Registrar to get the informations required to enroll.

b. How design, develop and implement a module to update the current Student
Information system to provide better and more accurate information of the current
and new students.

The Registrar can always edit the student information to correct the misspelled
name, surname, last name, and other student information that has been filled
up by said student.

c. How to design, develop an implement a module to secure data and information in

case of virus.

After the registrar hit the save button, the system would make a file containing
the information of the student for it to be saved and backed up in case some
anomalies arise or in case of virus attacks.
