Last school holiday, Sandy and her family went to Japan. It was
their yearly vacation.

They took the bullet train and visited many interesting places.
One of them was the Osaka Castle Park, where they saw many
cherry trees. The trees were blooming beautifully.

The next place was the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, where they
saw a lot of interesting sea creatures.

At night, they had dinner at the local cuisine restaurant and

they enjoyed the food very much. They were happy and it was a
worthwhile vacation.

This is Selvi. She is my bosom friend. She is twelve
years old. She is a kind girl.
It rained cats and dogs in Selvi’s village for three days
last week. The rain caused a heavy flood in the village.

Selvi and her family were worried and had to wait for
the rescue boats to come and rescued the victims. They
were taken to a higher ground. One of her neighbor was
pregnant and Selvi was willing to help her on the boat.

At the center, her neighbor gave birth to a sweet baby

girl and Selvi and her mother took a good care of her and
the baby. Everyone at the centre was proud of her, though
they had the difficulties due to the disaster.

Last December, Farah’s pen friend, Miyoko came to

visit Malaysia. Farah took her to the famous KLCC or
Petronas Twin Tower and Miyoko took a lot pictures. She was
amazed by the beauty of the tower.

At Istana Budaya, Miyoko also showed her great

interest at the building. Farah told her that the building was
popular among the actors and actress in the country.
Miyoko was stunned by the design of the building. She
thought that Malaysia has many wonderful buildings.
