Petrosoluciones is a company that was formed to give solutions to problems related to

theft during hydrocarbons transportation. We also give solutions to various industrial and
commercial processes, in which the product is moved by road.
For this purpose, the company has designed and manufactured plastic seals, which have
all the quality and safety standards to be installed on the truck’s load. In that way, we
secure the vehicles that transport hydrocarbons; reducing in this way, the economic losses
and environmental contamination resulting from illegal activities.
The company we choose for our product ‘sale is Ecopetrol s.a. We decide this company,
because it controls all operations of hydrocarbons in the country, with more than 42
companies affiliated to the extraction, refining and transportation of the product. (Oil and
derivatives).

Sara: Good morning, my name is sarah. Can I help you?.

Juan: Good morning Sara My name is John I work for Ecopetrol. I am interested in
purchasing some plastic seals for our oil transportation operation in Barrancabermeja.
Sara: Yes, you have come to the right place. We have plastic sails which protect the
product from the load moment up to the final destination. Let me tell you that we have a
safe selling policy in which we distribute from 100 seals up to the amount the customer
requires. We have 5 colors white, red. Yellow, blue and green. Each unit is numbered and
identified with a bar code that allows to control the operations. Each package of 100 units
costs 120,000 pesos.
In addition I would like to tell you that the company manages two forms of negotiation for
the orders’ payment. It is for the convenience of our customers:
1. Cancellation 100% of the total value at the order’s time.
2. Cancellation of 50% at the order’s time and the remaining 50% at the order’s time of
delivery.
I also want to tell you that we have with our own fleet for our order’s delivery and without
any additional expense to the Buyer.
