Dear Mrs. Garcia

My name is Isaac Garcia. I am a senior at Merced High School. I will be going to the Junior
College next fall to begin my journey to major in Business Management. With my experience in
R and G Roofing I feel I am very well qualified to take on this internship. With the skills I
obtained from being apart of the roofing business such as adaptability to obstacles that will
come my way. Furthermore, I would like to draw attention to the fact that I was able to complete
many jobs in a day's work. A hard working and persistent attitude in the workplace is very
important to me.

I would like to apply these skills to my future in the work force and in schooling. Being prompt,
adaptable and hard working will help me greatly in these fields because of the work loads. I will
be prepared and on time with whatever work comes at me. And I will be ready for any
unexpected challenges. This is almost an everyday routine in the ownership of a business. I will
deal with clients and deals along with my finances to maintain a healthy business.

I believe a strong road to success contains the foundation of communication. I am very capable
with communicating. I love to converse and get things done with other people because for one it
makes it that much easier. Some say it gets complicated but you have to know how to talk to
people and pick up what they are putting out which ties into adaptation. People are just as
complicated as a business but when handled and understood the process is a lot more smooth.
