The importance of spending less time with family and shortage of experience was always a debatable

topic. Many people think that most of employees spend most of their time in office to get promotion
and some of them become money minded while others reject this notion. This essay will further
elaborate both views in further paragraphs and thus lead to be a plausible conclusion.

There are myriad of benefits of getting higher position on workplace but the most preponderant one
stems to fact that many people want to more close with their boss to avail promotion and they think
that it is the best to way to secure their future. As a result they spend most of their time in
workplace and to applying other ways to ensure about getting higher position and they are not able
to spend extra time with their near and dear ones.

Furthermore, there are some people who spend their whole life in making money but not in gaining
experience with their work. For example, some people do not give preference to attain experience
but they only concentrate on money and become money minded. Thus, this narrow mind thought
lead to spend less time with family and shortage of experience of job.

According to aforementioned information it can be concluded that although promotion and money
plays important role in human life yet the presence of family and friends cannot be overlooked.
