APPLICATION FOR REFUND OF CASH BAIL

MAY IT PLEASE YOUR HONIUR :

It is most respectfully submitted on behalf of the Accused that the Hon’ble


Court has granted bail in the abovementioned matter along with the sureties
that on 16/12/2017, the surety was allowed. The summons were issued for
the same and the case was withdrew by the party and Hence, the Cash Bail
of Rs. 7000/- (SEVEN THOUSAND RUPEES) paid shall be refunded to
the accused the original receipt/indemnity bond is herewith the present
application.

For this act of kindness the accused shall ever pray as in duty bond.
