It is respectfully submitted on behalf of the Complainant that

Complainant has filed revision application against the order of
Hon’ble magistrate rejecting the compliant of the applicant U/s
156(3) of the criminal procedure code. This Hon’ble Court was
pleased to issue the summons against the Respondent no. 1
(Accused) at his residential address. The Applicant further submits
that the summons are returned unserved with the reason that “The
Respondent No. 1 named Shri Fateh Singh Bajwa is not residing there
since, last few years.

It is therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Court may pass the

order for affixing the summons on the residential address of the
Respondent No. 1 and may please give the directions for the same.
Which would be in the interest of the justice.
