AFFIDAVIT-CUM-UNDERTAKING

I Suraj Bahadur, Aged: 27 years, Occ: Service, resident of 304, 3 rd Floor,

Ummed Tower, Plot No. 746/13 Sai Nagar, Panvel, District Raigad, do hereby
state on solemn affirmation as under:

1. I say that the parties in the captioned matter have resolved the issues amicably
and have reached a settlement between them. It has been agreed that I will
receive an amount of Rs. 7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Fifty Thousand
only). Further, my lawyer will also be paid a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees
One Lac only) towards the legal expenses. These amounts will be paid by
means of demand drafts to me and my lawyer.

2. I say that the abovementioned amount is paid to me towards full and final
settlement, and I have no further claims in the captioned Complaint.

3. In view of the aforesaid, I am willing to voluntarily withdraw the captioned

complaint and, if required, I will make a statement before the court for the
same.
4. I say that I am giving this undertaking out of my free will and without any
coercion or undue pressure from anyone.

Payment of Rs. 7,50,000 received towards full and final settlement of issues in

connection with the Complaint No. 652 of 2018 which was subsequently

registered as S.C.C. No. 922 of 2019 and filed before Judicial Magistrate First

Class at Panvel (“JMFC”). Post this payment, there are no further claims of

any kind in connection with the matter.
