I. COURSE OBJECTIVE
To provide students with a general picture of the nature and challenges of
environmental law and give them a bird’s eye view of the different
environmental laws in the Philippines and how they actually affect the
Philippine environment.

administrative policies, the nature and scope of the course, its
requirements, and the grading system to be adopted.
