To Whom It May Concern,

It is my pleasure to be able to write this letter of reference for Angela Mejia. I

first met Angela and her family in church 11 years ago. It has been a pleasure
to see Angela bloom into the hardworking, considerate, caring and dedicated
young lady who she is now. From what I can see, when she decides to do
something or accomplish a goal, she does whatever it takes to achieve it.
I have been able to observe Angela in the activities that she participates in at
church. I am the church secretary and I also teach Sunday school and
because of these two roles I have been able to notice Angela in the various roles
that she participates in. Her passion is children. She truly enjoys working
with the kids at church. She is caring, loving and patient with them. She
doesn’t speak at them but to them. She takes the time to really listen to the
needs, concerns and questions. Angela has demonstrated those qualities with
my own two inquisitive and active children.
Angela is a well-rounded young lady. She has demonstrated that she can take
on several responsibilities at the same time. She has maintained a 3.8GPA,
team captain of her JV Volleyball team, FFA member, AVID Club secretary,
CSF member and volunteer at church in the Sunday school classrooms,
Kitchen Ministry and Youth Group secretary.
I know that Angela will achieve her ultimate goal of obtaining a doctorate in
Clinical Psychology. She has demonstrated an understanding that hard work,
dedication and loving and respecting others will lead to achieving her
professional goal and to having a happy and joyful life. If you have any further
