Student Artifact Reflection #3

1. The task I have presented is called Edgenuity. I did not want to go any further with my
math, because I had failed in my previous 4 years of of math with a “D” and wanted to
bring up my math scores .The concepts that I use to do Edgenuity is log in using my
email provided by the school and work on tests or assignments of which course of math I
was taking .
2. This artifact represents community engagement. I believe it is community engagement
because it can be used for the community, anyone can sign up.
3. This is a pathway towards my graduation because since I have failed in the past with my
math this is giving me another chance to bring up my grade and make it higher so I can
graduate with a better letter grade than I originally had and so I can look good for
colleges so they can see that I did mess up the first time but I want to redeem myself.
4. This will help me out of school because I can tell people about the site if they’re falling
behind before they’re actually behind. This can also help my future plans because if I
know other people should too, and I’m going to be the one to help them And tell them
that this is a good learning process because it’s teachers teaching you in the site also it’s
just not all on you .
5. Some challenges I came across with this was the tests. I have failed many tests and had to
make them up but the good thing About it is that you have 1 tries for the lesson test but
for the unit test you have 3 and if you still fail they will repeat the lesson for you so you
can pass the second time .
6. Some strengths I shown were the assignments. I showed evidence and work on how I got
the work and the answers and sometimes they give paper assignments so you can sit
down with a real teacher and do it .
7. What I will do to improve myself in the future is to not let myself get so low in my math
to where I need to do an online class to catch up and to next time just sit with a tutor and
get one on one .
