I am pleased to write this recommendation for Rocio Rodriguez. I have had the pleasure of knowing as Ms.
Rodriguez as her 11th grade PreCalculus and 12th grade

As a student, Ms. Rodriguez is very friendly and outgoing, and she works extremely well with her peers. She is
very energetic, and enthusiastic about learning new things. These traits will help her as she begins to prepare
for a career in nursing.

During her time at El Capitan, Ms. Rodriguez has been an active and welcoming part of the campus
community. She has been a part of our campus Colorguard and Winterguard teams and a member of the
Gaucho Marching Brigade during all four years of high school. Ms. Rodriguez has also been a member of the
Environmental Science Academy (ESA) and served as an academic mentor for myself and Mr. Gonzales’s
classes. Despite the many commitments she has on campus and at home, Ms. Rodriguez has maintained a
3.6 GPA. This demonstrates her commitment to her education, positive work ethic, and time management
skills. I believe these qualities and experiences will help make Ms. Rodriguez an excellent nurse in the future.
