What is the purpose of the leader evaluation and employee evaluation? Give me the example of the
instrument/evaluation/rubrics.

Leader Evaluation

Evaluation or assessment is an important aspect of leadership. Through evaluation, a leader can

judge whether his or her work is effective and efficient in achieving organizational goals. Through
evaluation, a leader also can know the success or failure that occurred in leadership.

Instrument : Response to the Situation, Creativity and Problem Solving, Evidence-based Decision-
Making.

Employee evaluation

In the business world, evaluation is an integral part of the system modern management. Every
business unit, whether small or large, is certain evaluate the units in the organization to see if all
systems are running well or deviations have occurred. In a organization, evaluation also serves as a
measuring instrument to determine the amount of wages to be paid to an employee.
