To Whom it may Concern:

It is an honor to write this letter of recommendation for Kyla Yang. She is an amazing,
good-natured, and hard working student/athlete. It was a pleasure to have been Kyla’s Spanish
teacher and soccer coach these last last years. She is caring, helpful, well mannered, yet
serious about a sport she dearly loves and a new language she wants to learn so much that she
went as far as travinging, with our World Language Program, to Costa Rica this Spring.

I am always impressed with her ability to manage being an outstanding athlete and superb
scholar. She has been truly an excellent role model for all her teammates. Even when the odds
were against us, she found the strength to keep our team together. Because of the
aforementioned she received many recognitions during the time she played soccer. She made
CCC girls soccer 1st team, and most importantly she was awarded, by her teammates, with the
Team Player Award. CSU Stan State recognized her potential by offering her a full ride for the
next 4 years so she can play soccer for their program. Her caring personality allows her to work
well with others. She is so giving that now, on her own time, volunteers to help her former
teamates with goalie trainings. Lastly, she also welcomes constructive feedback which is
another valuable trait of hers.

I am certain that Kyla will continue to do/achieve great and creative things in her future. It is
without any reservations that I strongly/highly recommend Kyla for any endeavor she untakes. I
know, without a doubt, that she will be a valuable asset to any school or organization. Do no
