DISTRICT ICT COORDINATORS Enclosed in this Memorandum are the Regional Memorandum No.165, 8.2018; M & E Guidelines and the Tools; and List of schools to be visited and target schedule. ‘The DCP Monitoring Funds shall be used to cover the expenses of the M & E activities, Furthermore, the Division MOOE may also be used to supplement the DCP Monitoring Funds should it be insufficient. For the District ICT Coordinators, their expenses shall be charged to their respective local funds subject to the usual auditing rules and regulations.
