I have written this letter for the absent of my child Fabian Garcia, because ultimately we have
been busy with preparative and documentation of our next travel.

This year is the last year in this school and country, because we go away of the country. Before we
go, we had the hope that the situation was improve but after we realized of that not is possible.

We will meet prompt in another opportunity; Fabian will realize all the tasks corresponding to the
