Self-awareness (mental level) = knowing what type of people ițd like to be with. Knowing who helps
me grow and who drains me down. That,s mental self-awareness. The anseweres come from within
and we-re not asking the right questions. I feel that we are looking for the right ansewers, not the
right questions.

The most succesfull people in the world choose education over entertainment.

And the most unseccesfull people in the world chose entertainment over education.

Everything in life happens according to our time, our clock. You may look at some of your friends and
think that they-re ahead of you, maybe some of them you feel are behind, but everything happens at
their own pace. They have their own time and clock and so do you. Be patient. Getting your degree
after 25 is still an achievement. Don-t let anyone rush you with their timelines. Because as Einstein
said, „not everything that counts can be counted and not everything that-s counted truly counts.”
And this is the most important thing, i want you to be able to create meaningful, purposeful fullfilling
lives for yourselves and learn how to use that to make an impact and a difference in the lives of
others. THAT WILL BE TRUE SUCCESS.

YOUR CHALLENGES AT SYMPTOMATIC LEVEL. YOU-RE DEALING WITH IT AT ROOT LEVEL. GOING TO
THE ROOT OF IT, LEARNING HOW TO CHANGE YOUR BREATH MEANS YOU CAN MANAGE ANY

EVERYDAY. THAT-S A WEED. THAT WEED IS THE INTENTION THAT YOU DON-T WANT. AND THE
PROBLEM IS SOMETIMES YOU LET IT GROW SO MUCH, THE WEED LOOKS LIKE THE PLANT. YOU START
BELIEVING IS THE SAME THING. FAST FORWARD AT WHAT YOU ARE, LOOK AT YOURSELF IN 10, 15, 20
YEARS TIME AND ASK YOURSELF THE QUESTION: IS THAT WHERE I WANT TO BE? THOMAS EDDISON:
