1.

We did 2 patient samples + Negative Control /We did extraction procedure for it – we used it from Part #1 box of the kit/ and also we did 
positive control. We organized the 2 patient samples: 1 patient is Sample_1 – Sample_4 and 2 patient sample is Sample_5 – Sample_8 – 
the rest controls – is this correct? 

 
 2. We got the result below. The Positive control results are good. The negative controls results are also good. However we have problems 
with the patients. The Ct line was not crossed for the IC on one of the patients and for both result and IC on the other patient. 

 
 
3. We selected Raw Data for 1 patient to see what happened and we saw that there was some movement in the lines, but it was not 
enough to cross the Ct Line and give us a result. 

 
 4. This is the raw data for the second patient, one of the line crossed the Ct Line but the other one didn’t.
