Nurse : Good morning mr.

Patient : Good morning too.
Nurse : Do you still remember me mr ?
Patient : Yes of course, your name is nurse Hafidz.
Nurse : Oh, right. How are you today?
Patient : Not too bad. I am just a little bit tired.
Nurse : Do you have any complains ?
Patient : I feel weak and tired.
Nurse : Do you still get headache?
Patient : Not any more.
Nurse : Okay, now I will take your blood sample
Patient : What for you take my blood sample nurse??
Nurse : Your blood sample will be used for diagnostic laboratorium.
Patient : Oh, yes nurse.
Nurse : Can you lay down on the bed please?
Patient : No problem. By the way is it hurt, nurse?
Nurse : You will be little bit hurt but it’s okay, don’t worry.
Patient : It’s okay.
Nurse : Well, I will a take your blood sample in right arm and i want to apply this
tourniquet above your elbow.
Patient : Okay nurse.
Nurse : Okay, mr Hasan, your skin will be cleaned by this alcohol swab and then I
will insert this neddle on your vein. Please don’t move when insert this
neddle. It will be little bit hurt but it’s okay, don’t worry.
Patient : Hem, be careful nurse!
Nurse : Okay mr Hasan, don’t worry!
Patient : Finish nurse? I don’t feel pain nurse?
Nurse : Hem. It’s good. I have finish take your blood sample. I will bring this
sample to the lab.
Patient : Okay nurse, thank you.
Nurse : You are welcome.
