_ LEAVE AND LICENSE AGREEMENT
| This deed of Leave and License Agreement is made on 17
ecember, 2016 between MR. RAMNIRANJANASINGH, aged 55
ars, Occupation : Business, Residing at : A/66, Shivam Duplex,
p. D Mart, Waghodiya Road, Vadodara- 390019. Hereinafter
led as “LESSOR” which expression shall include his heirs,

Nauguma Akhleshwar Bharuch. Hereinafter called thelto as the
*LESSEE" (which expression shall unless

Whereas the Lesser is absolute owner of the property situated
at GF/ 91, CENTRAL BUS STATION, NEAR RAILWAY STATION,

LICENSOR and the LICENSEE desirous of entering into an
‘agreement at the request of the LICENSEE and willing to give on hire
the covered area on the following terms and conditions.

GYANESHKUMAR JAIN, the Lessor has agreed to allow the

OCCUPATIONAL CHANGES.
The license SHALL PAY THE Licensor Rs. 25,000/-(Rupees
Twenty Five Thousand only) per month as occupational charges
for the above mentioned premises the said occupational
chargers to be will be payable in ADVANCE before 1™ of every
month by the LICENSEE tothe LICENSOR without fail
2. DATE OF OCCUPATION & VALIDITY OF CONTACT:
The Lease period is of 17 months from 18" December, 2016 to
47" November, 2017.
3, TAXES:
The LICENSEE shall pay all Vadodara Municipal Corporation
Taxes of the which may be assessed or levied by the local or any
other Government of Municipal Authorities. In addition to the
taxes applicable at present will be borne and paid by the
LICENSEE.
4, NOTICE PERIOD :
in any event where the LICENSEE wishes to hand over the
possession of the premises occupies by them, they shall ONE
MONTH notice in advance of such an intention. Similarly to the
LICENSOR also have an option to get the premises vacated by
