Add new Account

1. Responsibility: PSR General Ledger Super User


Navigate: Setup > Financials > Flexfields > Key Values

2. Click(B) Open
Enter below Parameters
3. Click(B) Find
4. Click any ‘value’ e.g. 10000000
5. Click(I) = New
6. Enter Value (new account) e.g. 11020300
7. Press Tab
8. Enter Description e.g. Bank Account - New

9. Click Tab – Values, Hierarchy, Qualifiers

Click if ‘Parent’ Account Click to enter segmen


qualifiers
10. Click(B) Ok

11. Click(I) to save.


12. Close Form, Click X
13. Click (B) Ok to continue

Update Account Description


1. Follow Steps 1-3 Above

2. Query Account(s) you want to update the Description


Sample account for update = 13010100
2.1. Click any account
2.2. Press F11 – query mode
2.3. Enter value you want to update

2.4. Press Ctrl+F11


3. Delete/Update Description

4. Click(I) to save.
5. Close Form, Click X
6. Click (B) Ok to continue
