Vast Recreational Area – 25 Cents of land to be landscaped as a park. Entire project

will be dotted with fruit trees. Each individual villas also to have 2 fruit trees planted
within their plot.

equipped energy efficient German Speck Pump and DuPont membrane. Club house
with Gym facilities.

Roofing – Flat Slab roof with truss work done. Imported Ceramic roof tiles with heat-
resistant and moss –free properties.

Bathroom Fittings – Chromium plated fittings from word renowned supplier

HANSGROHE. All builders normally provide mixers, in our case we have opted for
diverters for each individual villa.

Flush Tanks – Concealed flush tanks from CERA for all bathrooms in the Ground Floor.

Doors & Door Frames – All doors and window frames are provided in solid hardwood
(Anjali/Plavu ) (3×4 thickness for individual doors and window frames, main door with
6 x4 thickness)

counter. Stainless steel sink with drain bowl and provision for geyser.
Hand Railings – Hand railings done in modern design with Steel, Glass and wood finish.

Stairs – All stairs will be covered in natural wood.

Floor Tiles – Premium vitrified tile flooring.

Bathrooms – Digital tiles from CERA/Equivalent up to a height of 7 ft in all bathrooms

along with anti –skid tiles on floors.

Electrical – Modular switches from MK Honeywell, wiring by FINOLEX and ELCB/MCB

from Havells.

Painting – Interior walls finished premium quality plastic emulsion over putty finish.
Exterior walls to be painted with premium quality weather-proof emulsion.

Roads – Road leading to Project measures 8 metres at the entrance and 5.5 metres
within the project
