to internally displaced person within their jurisdiction along with cooperation with international
community,

-Declares the definition of calibration for climate migration,

-Requests the Secretary-General to submit a comprehensive report on assistance to refugees,


returnees and displaced persons under the item entitled “Report of the United Nations High
Commissioner to Refugees, questions relating to refugees, returnees and displaced persons
and humanitarian questions”

-Reaffirms the importance of empowerment of refugees, returnees and displaced persons,

-Reaffirms also the importance of development of rural areas in order to reducing density of
urban centers,

-Calls upon IGOs, NGOs, private sector and civil society to take concrete action to contribute to
projects and programmes aimed at improving education and skills of refugees, returnees and
displaced persons in order to benefit the host countries,

-Calls upon the international donor community to provide material and financial assistance for
the implementation of programmes intended for empowerment of refugees, returnees and
displaced persons,

-Endorses the allocation of migrants through the consideration of proximity, wealth and needs of
the host countries,

-Endorses also the allocation of migrants through consideration of climate impact,

- Urges the coordination of nations to strengthen preparedness and awareness of countries by


evulation of migration policy,

 Urges the nations evaluate their migration policy favorable to environment


 Deportatation of migrants if the stable condition achieved
