What I have accomplished through out my four years of high school is not giving up when

dealing with anxiety and also not giving up when times get hard in color guard because it has

gotten me through so much. Dealing with drama and losing friends almost made me quit but i

stayed in colorguard for all my four years of high school and now i have received my four year

plaque for staying in the program. During these four years i have had my ups and down my

freshman year was pretty easy in the program i was a flag after all. We had winter season too and

the most challenging part was learning to spin a rifle because i didn’t have any experience

whatsoever on that piece of equipment. My sophomore year was the most challenging year i was

bumped up into rifle line and i got so much crap for it because i was a younger classmen so i had

to work my hardest to look as strong as the upperclassmen. Im grateful for one of my friends that

had my back through this time and taught me how to control the rifle. This year also was the year

i got anxiety attacks and i was dealing with it and then my great grandma past away so that took a

toll on me as well. My junior year came easily i was already in rifle line but i had to work for

myself to be the best i could be that year was fun and honestly one of the funnest years in all of

high school. I also managed to somehow get a solo for winter on flag i ended up starting flag

feature. My last year senior year i have gone through so much from people hating me for only

telling the truth and to losing some of the people that i was closest to since the summer of freshman

year. This year was very eventful but i got through it also got to be in the front for parade season

and i had a solo for winter. I became closer to some friends and i hope we stay friends after i
graduate. These four year have been a complete accomplishment because not so many people do

four years they either do three years and then don’t do it their senior year and dealing with so

many things and stresses and still doing it has been a major accomplishment for me.
